Our goal is to raise $50,000, over 33 kids being rescued from sex trafficking.
What began as one ordinary man with a dream and a passion for setting others free has now grown into a worldwide organization dedicated to rescuing and restoring children enslaved in the sex trade.
Tony Kirwan – President & FounderTony Kirwan has always had a heart for the poor and needy, which led him to run a feeding program in Cairns, and involvement with youth ministry in Australia for many years. God continued to grow his passion to see children rescued from poverty and abuse, and after running his own electrical contracting company for ten years, he sold everything and began Destiny Rescue in 2001. Tony believes in leading from the front. Residing in Thailand, he and his teams around the world are actively involved in the rescue of young children from the sex industry and building an organization that combats this crime against humanity.
Destiny Rescue exists RESCUE, RESTORE, PROTECT, EMPOWER and be a voice for the voiceless.
Destiny Rescue is a grassroots, internationally recognized, Christian based, non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing children from human trafficking and sexual exploitation. We help rescue the sexually exploited and enslaved, restore the abused, protect the vulnerable, empower the poor and are a voice for those that can’t speak up for themselves.
We currently operate our various programs in five nations: Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Philippines, India and Dominican Republic.
We also have offices in three donor nations: United States, Australia and New Zealand.
Our efforts are making a huge difference, too. We’ve rescued hundreds of children enslaved around the world, helped keep hundreds more from entering the sex-trade through our various prevention programs, ensured justice for those that have been wronged and have raised awareness to untold numbers. And, we’ll continue to expand to help reach even more children in the days ahead!
Destiny Rescue realizes that human trafficking is a big problem globally with up to 27 million men, women and children enslaved in its deadly grip today.1 With that said, we’re determined to respond to God’s call to set captives free worldwide. As long as children are being sold into the sex-trade, and poverty that drives at-risk children into prostitution exists, Destiny Rescue will be fully committed to fighting for their freedom, restoration and offering them a chance to dream again.
