MOOD
God created the family at the very beginning of time with purpose, connection, and relationship in mind. Yet one of the greatest challenges families face today is not busyness or conflict alone. It is a lack of emotional intelligence. When emotions go unmanaged, misunderstandings grow, tension rises, and relationships begin to fracture.
In MOOD, a five week sermon series running Sundays, March 1 through March 29, we will explore four biblical skills for developing healthy emotional intelligence within the family. Together, we will discover how Scripture equips us to recognize what we are feeling, respond with wisdom, communicate with grace, and build relationships that reflect the heart of God.
If emotions are easy to feel but hard to handle, this series is for you. Join us each Sunday as we learn practical, Christ centered ways to strengthen our families from the inside out.
