FOH Engineer

At County Line Church of God, we are dedicated to creating an inviting and dynamic environment for worship and connection.  Part of our mission is to share the love of Christ through vibrant worship services, meaningful teaching, and community outreach.  We seek a skilled and passionate Front of House Engineer to help elevate the audio experience during our worship services, events, and special gatherings.
Education and Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Front of House Engineer or in live sound production is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of audio equipment, including mixing consoles, microphones, and speaker systems.
  • Experience with live sound mixing for music, vocals, and spoken word.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • A heart for worship and a desire to contribute to the church’s mission.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the Worship Team and other ministry leaders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience with digital soundboards and audio software (e.g. Pro Tools, Logic, etc.)
  • Familiarity with live streaming setups and audio integration for online services.
  • Knowledge of stage management and lighting systems is a plus.

Licenses, Registrations, and Certificates: 
  • Ability to drive various County Line Campuses.

Spiritual Requirements:
  • Recognizes Jesus as Lord and Savior and demonstrates that with a Christ-centered lifestyle.
  • Agreement with County Line’s Statement of Faith.
  • Adheres to County Line Staff Lifestyle agreement.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for at least 30 minutes at a time.
  • Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. 
The weekly salary is $100-150, depending on experience. The position requires an average of 3-4 hours per week.

Associate Student Pastor

The Associate Student Ministry Pastor will support the goals of the student ministry by working closely with the Student Pastor to lead and disciple students from 9 to 25 years old. This role will primarily focus on the ministry's operational, relational, and spiritual aspects, helping to organize events, mentor students, train volunteers, and equip parents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for student discipleship, a humble approach to leadership, and connecting with students and their families.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred  
  • 5 years of related experience and/or training preferred  
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience  

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form before groups of volunteers, church members, or staff.  
  • Understand how theology applies to the developmental stages of adolescence and young adulthood. The ability to connect doctrine with practical application in students' everyday lives.
  • Create authentic, trusting relationships with students to offer guidance, accountability, and mentorship. This also involves working with parents to support the students’ growth.
  • Effectively work alongside the lead student pastor, church staff, volunteers, and other ministry leaders. Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and be flexible in team settings.
  • Understand how to respond to crises that may affect students, including personal, relational, or spiritual crises. This could involve mental health issues, family emergencies, or issues with safety.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.  
  • Must have knowledge and ability to use technology.  
  • Expected work week Sunday –Thursday.  This position does require evening and weekend hours.

Licenses, Registrations, and Certificates: 
  • Current Driver’s License  
  • Ordination or willingness to complete the ordination process through the Church of God

Spiritual Requirements:
  • Regular involvement in County Line Church activities and events.  
  • Signed acknowledgment of County Line Church’s Statement of Faith and Staff Lifestyle Agreement.  

Physical Requirements:
  • Has the ability to function independently. 
  • Has the physical ability to lift 25 pounds (with or without assistance). 
  • This position also may require long periods of standing up and walking.

Campus Administrative Assistant

The Campus Administrative Assistant will organize and support the Campus Pastor and campus congregation.  This individual must exhibit a high level of organization and administrative skills and have a heart for ministry overall.
Education and Experience:
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Working knowledge of Office365.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Ability to work well with people.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-directed, manages various details, and accomplishes tasks on time and with excellence.

Licenses, Registrations, and Certificates: 
  • Valid driver’s license. 

Spiritual Requirements:
  • Recognizes Jesus as Lord and Savior and demonstrates that with a Christ-centered lifestyle.
  • Agreement with County Line’s Statement of Faith.
  • Adheres to County Line Staff Lifestyle agreement.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to climb staircases.
  • Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. 
  • Must be able to drive to Main and Auburn Campus.
  • Hours will vary, but this person will be requested to attend meetings at the Main Campus and Sunday services at the Auburn Campus.
