Director of Church Multiplication

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Church Multiplication to provide leadership and oversight for County Line’s multiplication efforts, including campus development, church planting, local outreach initiatives, and global missions partnerships. This role works closely with the Senior Pastor and ministry leaders to advance the church’s vision, ensure strong cultural alignment across campuses and partners, and establish sustainable systems that promote long-term ministry health and excellence.
