Responsibilities:

• Create lesson plans.
• Utilize and coordinate the activities of the classroom aide.
• Create effective communication with parents, prepare progress reports, and hold parent/teacher conferences.
• Plan field trips and other special events.
• Keep daily attendance.
• Post pictures of classroom activities to the Facebook group.
• Decorate the classroom to be inviting to students.
• Integrate Christian principles throughout daily conversation and actions.

Required Qualifications: 

• Meets the character qualifications of a Christ follower
• Associate or bachelor's degree.
• Experience with young children.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate well with others and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be dependable and on time. 

Hours and Compensation:

• Monday to Thursday 8:20 AM - 12:45 PM with minimal days off for illness and personal days and one staff meeting a month until 2:00 PM.

• Helping the classroom teacher with tasks such as cutting, laminating, etc.
• Assist with chapel and playtime.
• Participate in classroom activities.
• Assist students with classroom work and centers.

Responsibilities:

• Create lesson plans for each month from September through May.
• Create an enjoyable curriculum, including singing, dancing, bible verses, storytelling, and other activities.
• Actively engage in activities with the children.
• Submit plans and material needs to the Director in a timely manner.
• Direct the Christmas program for the 3 & 4 year old classes.
• Assist with the graduation program in May.
• Prepare a presentation by the Pre-K children for the Feast Celebration in November.
• 1 to 2 Chapel lessons per month.
• Become familiar with the play-based philosophy of education endorsed by Creative Play School.
• Attend monthly teacher meetings as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Must  be a high school graduate, but prefer a candidate with an associate or bachelor's degree.
• Must be a team player and follow directives from the classroom teacher.

Hours and Compensation:

• Creative Play School hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. This position would be two days a week. Arrival at 8:30 AM on contracted days.

The Early Childhood Ministry Coordinator is responsible for overseeing our ministry of 2-5-year-olds. This includes ensuring safety, preparing weekly activities, and equipping parents for ministry at home.  A significant component of this role is recruiting and building relationships with the Early Childhood volunteers and developing new leaders. They report directly to the Director of Kids Ministry.

Hours and Compensation:

• This is a part-time position that offers up to 12 hours each week.
• Additional hours will require prior approval from a supervisor.
• The salary range is $13-15 per hour, depending on experience.
• This position offers no paid benefits or vacation time.

County Line Church of God is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a Kid’s Ministry Supervisor during Celebrate Recovery sessions. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children attending these sessions, allowing parents and guardians to participate fully in the program.

• Experience working with children, preferably in a ministry or childcare setting.
• Commitment to child safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Hours and Compensation:

• This is a part-time position that offers up to 5 hours each week.
• Additional hours will require prior approval from a supervisor.
• The pay range is $15-17 per hour, depending on experience.
• This position offers no paid benefits or vacation time.
