The role of the Worship Arts Pastor is to oversee the worship experience and creative planning process.  This includes the Main County Line Campus and coordinating assistance and leadership at our other two campuses. This will require a firm grasp of the beliefs, values, and strategy of County Line Church, and the ability to align staff and key leadership teams with its mission, vision, and values.

•Must have solid communication, organization, scheduling, and planning abilities.
•Able to lead the congregation, both vocally and with a primary instrument.
•Ability to read music.  
•Working knowledge of technology necessary to coordinate music and technical elements, such as lyric display and lighting.
•Ability to work collaboratively with other County Line ministries.
•Must achieve deadlines in a timely and professional manner for creative and administrative tasks.  
•Ability and willingness to grow and develop talent within the congregation.
Hours and Compensation:
•This is a full-time position with benefits.
•The hours for this position are primarily during the week but also include Sunday.
•The salary range is $60,000-$64,000 depending on experience.

The overall goal of a Restoration Café Key Holder is to assist the Café Manager in fostering excellence in hospitality by providing exceptional coffee, beverages, food, and service at the Restoration Café. This will be achieved by assisting in managing all Café volunteers, carrying out opening and closing procedures, rotating stock, assisting the Café Manager in inventory management, special events and maintaining a superior level of cleanliness in the café.
Required Qualifications:

• Attends worship services on a regular basis.
• Relates well to all types of people and works well within a team approach.
• Reflects a professional image and church standards through dependability, appearance, and attitude.
• Must have a strong ability to use and learn technology as it relates to communication, organization. Knowledge of Square POS helpful. • Experience as a barista or in the food service area.

Hours and Compensation:

• This is a part-time position that offers 12-15 hours each week.
• The hours will vary by needs of café operation hours. This may include worship service times and special services such as Baptism and Souper Bowl.
• The salary range is $12-14 per hour depending on experience.

The overall responsibility of the Kids Ministry Campus Assistant is to work closely with the Children’s Pastor and Kids Ministry Assistant Director at Main Campus. This includes utilizing technology to communicate with staff, families, and parents. A significant component of this role is supporting, organizing, coordinating, collaborating, and preparing for weekly, monthly, and yearly events at the Garrett campus. They report directly to the Campus Pastor.
Required Qualifications:
Meets the character qualifications of a Christ follower
• Attends County Line Garrett worship services regularly
• Willingness to assist the ministries in accomplishing the church’s vision and objective
• Relates well to all types of people and works well within a team approach
• Reflects a professional image and church standards through dependability, appearance, and attitude
• Must have a strong ability to use and learn communication, organization, scheduling, and planning technology
Hours and Compensation:
This is a part-time position that offers 14-15 hours each week.
• The salary range is $10-11.25 per hour, depending on experience.
• This position offers no paid benefits or vacation time.

The overall goal of the Garrett Campus Administrative Assistant is to provide organization and support to the Campus Pastor and supporting volunteer ministry leaders. This individual must exhibit a high level of organization, administrative skills, and have a heart for ministry overall.
Required Qualifications:
•Meets the character qualifications of a Christ follower
•Relates well to all types of people and works well within a team approach
•Must have high attention to detail and tolerance for flexibility
•Must have a strong ability to use and learn technology as it relates to communication, record-keeping, scheduling, and social media
Hours and Compensation:
•This is a part-time position that offers 15-20 hours each week
•The weekday hours can vary. In addition to Sunday morning on-campus responsibilities, some duties may be accomplished working from home, but on-campus office hours will also need to be established.
•The salary range is $12-15/hour depending on experience.
