Restoration Cafe Manager

The overall goal of the Restoration Café Manger is to foster excellence in hospitality by providing exceptional coffee, beverages, food, and service at the Restoration Café. This will be achieved by recruiting, scheduling, and managing all Café volunteers, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, rotating stock, overseeing financial management, and maintaining a superior level of cleanliness in the café.
Required Qualifications:
  • Meets the character qualifications of a Christ follower.
  •  Attends worship services on a regular basis.
  • Assists the Director of Operations and other ministries in accomplishing the church’s overall vision and objectives.
  • Relates well to all types of people and works well within a team approach.
  • Reflects a professional image and church standards through dependability,
appearance, and attitude.
  • Must have a strong ability to use and learn technology as it relates to communication, organization, scheduling, and planning.
  • Experience as a barista or in the food service area.
Hours and Compensation:
  • This is a part-time position that offers 12-15 hours each week.
  •  The hours will vary by needs of café operation hours. This may include worship service times and special services such as Baptism and Souper Bowl.
  • The salary range is $13-15 per hour depending on experience.
  • This position offers no paid benefits or vacation time.

Garrett Campus Administrative Assistant

The overall goal of the Garrett Campus Administrative Assistant is to provide organization and support to the Campus Pastor and supporting volunteer ministry leaders. This individual must exhibit a high level of organization, administrative skills, and have a heart for ministry overall.

•Relates well to all types of people and works well within a team approach
•Must have high attention to detail and tolerance for flexibility
•Must have a strong ability to use and learn technology as it relates to communication, record-keeping, scheduling, and social media
Hours and Compensation:
•This is a part-time position that offers 15-20 hours each week
•The weekday hours can vary. In addition to Sunday morning on-campus responsibilities, some duties may be accomplished working from home, but on-campus office hours will also need to be established.
•The salary range is $12-15/hour depending on experience.

Director of Church Multiplication

The overall goal of the Director of Church Multiplication is to provide leadership to the campuses and further develop the multiplication efforts of County Line Church. This position reports directly to the Senior Pastor.
Required Qualifications:
• Possesses a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Recognizes Jesus as Lord and practices spiritual disciplines and a healthy lifestyle.
•Has high integrity and embraces the County Line Church mission and vision.
•Ability to work in a team environment with a positive and encouraging attitude.
Hours and Salary Range:
•This position is a full-time position.  Start on or before January 1, 2023.
•This position does require office hours at the Main Campus.
•The salary range is $ 65,000 to $70,000. Insurance and benefits will be provided.
•This role could have a pastoral designation based on the candidate's qualifications.
