Facilities Assistant

The Facilities Assistant's overall goal is to support the Facility & Maintenance Director in maintaining the physical plant of the church properties and other ministry projects. The individual must exhibit mechanical abilities, ability to, and be self-motivated to complete tasks with excellence. This position supports all County Line Church of God ministries and is a dynamic part of the TEAM.
Required Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of building systems, including heating, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
• Can complete projects using various skills such as painting, mechanical, or basic carpentry.
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• Has basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate small equipment and tools.
• Must be able to perform physical work, including lifting up to 80 lbs., shoveling, and digging.
• Must be comfortable working on ladders or lifts.
• Can legally drive and operate church vehicles with trailers.
• Can operate a power wash to clean the building, sidewalks, and other exterior maintenance.
Hours and Compensation:
• This is a full-time position with benefits.
• The hours of this position are primarily Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm.
• Most of the hours for this position are during the week but may have off-hours
requirements like snow removal or other emergencies.
• The hourly rate for this position is $19.00-$21.50, depending on experience.

Garrett Campus Administrative Assistant

The overall goal of the Garrett Campus Administrative Assistant is to provide organization and support to the Campus Pastor and supporting volunteer ministry leaders. This individual must exhibit a high level of organization, administrative skills, and have a heart for ministry overall.
Required Qualifications:
•Meets the character qualifications of a Christ follower
•Relates well to all types of people and works well within a team approach
•Must have high attention to detail and tolerance for flexibility
•Must have a strong ability to use and learn technology as it relates to communication, record-keeping, scheduling, and social media
Hours and Compensation:
•This is a part-time position that offers 15-20 hours each week
•The weekday hours can vary. In addition to Sunday morning on-campus responsibilities, some duties may be accomplished working from home, but on-campus office hours will also need to be established.
•The salary range is $12-15/hour depending on experience.
