At County Line, local outreach helps us serve people across Allen, DeKalb, Noble, and Steuben Counties with the compassion of Jesus. We partner with trusted ministries and organizations already doing meaningful work in places we could not reach alone.
Our local outreach is guided by six biblical themes:
Freedom for the Oppressed
We seek to care for the vulnerable, including trafficking victims, those experiencing homelessness, vulnerable children, widows, those imprisoned, and people living in poverty.
Community
We partner with local ministries who understand the unique needs of their neighborhoods and communities.
Evangelism
We want people far from God to experience the hope and life found in Jesus.
Church Planting
We believe God uses the local church to reach people, restore lives, and transform communities.
Service
We want to be people who run toward needs with humility, compassion, and action.

We believe prayer is essential. We pray for our neighbors, our partners, and the work God is doing in our region.

Provides free, confidential support and education for pregnant women.

A County Liner serving with Global Disciples, equipping clusters of churches to reach the least-reached through discipleship, mission, small business, and leadership training. County Line has partnered with Al since 1989.

Europe & Middle East Coordinators
Former County Line pastors, now serving as regional coordinators for Europe and the Middle East. They partner with national leaders to strengthen churches, develop ministry strategies, care for missionaries, and support church planting throughout the region.
Zach & Audrey Langford
United Kingdom
Serve in the United Kingdom, providing pastoral leadership to the Birkenhead Church of God. Ministry focuses on relational outreach, community connection, and helping the church bridge generational gaps.

We want to help the next generation take bold steps in mission. County Line is offering one full scholarship for a young adult ages 19–30 who is interested in participating in a County Line-sponsored Impact Trip.
