Fill Out our Wedding Application Form

Initial Meeting with a Family Connections Pastor or Congregational Care Pastor

(skip to Step 6 if you are not renting a County Line facility)

All Necessary Forms - Facility Rental Agreement, Tech Info Form, Wedding Preparation Worksheet, Wedding Ceremony Sample

Complete Pre-Marital Counseling with mentor couple

Pay Final Balance 30 days prior to wedding
Start the Process of Getting Your Marriage License
